Because I didn’t know any better I went down a very expensive journey ($50,000 worth of coaching) with all the wrong types of people.
When my webinars didn’t work, they would blame my landing page, emails, or ads. It was never their fault, just always mine.
What was even more frustrating is I had moved home to live with my parents (at 25 years old) to save every cent I had so that I could pay these coaches to help me learn the things I didn’t know.
I would drop 10k after 10k on coach after coach only to be disappointed by the lack of results. My parents felt sorry for me seeing me work 80 hours a week between a job as a server, and simultaneously trying to grow my business.
They would see me make money through my own raw and stubborn efforts hustling anyway I could, only to see yet another “guru” take my hard earned money.
Finally after my 5th coaching experience (from coaches who’ve never even built a business outside of just coaching people…dumb me) I decided enough was enough and I’d figure things out on my own.
P.S. I built a 7 figure fitness company getting people in shape before I ever had a single business client.
